Products in our website are uniquely customized by you and can be used only for you, so all customized products are not returnable.
For all Non-Customized products, you can initiate a return request within 5 days of delivery.
Post the return, your refund will be initiated within 48 hours after the product has been picked up and passed through quality inspection.
For Prepaid orders refund can either be credited in the wallet instantaneously or will be credited to the same account from which the payment made within 3 - 5 working days.
For cash on delivery orders refund can either be credited in the wallet instantaneously or will be credited through NEFT to the bank account given by you with in 3-5 days.
